DANCE PARTNERING

Dance Partnering is available to skaters wishing to test with a male dance partner. 

Partnering lessons are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lessons are scheduled and billed on a monthly basis. To be added to the partnering schedule, complete the Partnering Request Form found on this page to contact Deb Hargrave, Partnering Coordinator.

Each lesson is 15 minutes. All efforts will be made to have a skater's lesson time during their own session, however it may be necessary to schedule lessons off session.

Double-lessons are recommended for Diamond level dances. 

Once a lesson has been scheduled and billed, it is the responsibility of the skater to attend the lesson. If a skater is ill or away, she is still liable for the cost of the lesson. Skaters may arrange to switch, or sell a scheduled lesson at their own discretion. The Owen Sound Skating Club is not responsible for any missed lessons.

If a skater wishes to be removed from the partnering schedule, she must provide notice in writing to the Partnering Coordinator at least 1 week prior to the start of the next schedule.
